Core Services

- SiCiCoin token rewards system and cryptocurrency transactions
- Integration with The Sandbox gaming platform
- Discord bot features and community support
- Blockchain wallet connectivity and smart contract interactions
- User-generated content creation and sharing
Age Requirements
You must be at least 13 years old to use SiCierto. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you must have parental consent to use our services, especially for cryptocurrency features.
Account Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
- Use only one account per person
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Prohibited Users
You may not use SiCierto if you:
- Are prohibited from using our services under applicable law
- Have been previously banned from our platform
- Are located in a jurisdiction where cryptocurrency services are prohibited
Acceptable Use

SiCiCoin Token Rewards
- SiCiCoin tokens are earned through platform participation and engagement
- Token rewards are subject to our discretion and may change without notice
- Tokens have no guaranteed monetary value outside the platform
- We reserve the right to adjust token balances for fraud prevention
Wallet Connections
- You are responsible for the security of your connected wallets
- We do not store your private keys or have access to your wallet funds
- All blockchain transactions are irreversible and final
- You are responsible for all gas fees and transaction costs
Cryptocurrency Risks
Cryptocurrency transactions involve inherent risks including price volatility, regulatory changes, and technical failures. You acknowledge and accept these risks when participating in our token economy.
Tax Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for determining and paying any applicable taxes related to your SiCiCoin token earnings and cryptocurrency transactions.
Gaming Services
- Gaming features are provided in partnership with The Sandbox platform
- You must comply with The Sandbox's own terms of service
- Game assets and NFTs are subject to blockchain network availability
- We do not guarantee the continued availability of specific games
Fair Play
- Cheating, exploiting, or manipulating games is strictly prohibited
- Use of unauthorized third-party tools may result in account suspension
- We reserve the right to reset game progress if violations are detected
Virtual Assets
Virtual game assets, including NFTs, have no guaranteed real-world value. We are not responsible for losses related to virtual asset transactions or market fluctuations.
Bot Services
- Our Discord bot provides customer support and community features
- Bot responses may be automated and should not be considered professional advice
- You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service when using our bot
- We reserve the right to discontinue bot services at any time
Community Support
Discord integration is provided for community support purposes. We are not responsible for third-party Discord servers or user interactions outside our official channels.
Your Content
- You retain ownership of content you create and post
- You grant us a license to display, distribute, and promote your content
- You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to all content you post
- You may not post copyrighted material without permission
Our Content
- SiCierto platform, logo, and branding are our intellectual property
- You may not use our trademarks without written permission
- Platform code and algorithms are proprietary and confidential
DMCA Compliance
We respond to valid DMCA takedown notices. If you believe your copyrighted material has been infringed, please contact us with detailed information about the alleged infringement.
Service Availability
- We strive to maintain platform availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime
- Maintenance, updates, and blockchain network issues may cause temporary interruptions
- We are not liable for losses due to service unavailability
Platform Modifications
- We may modify, update, or discontinue features at any time
- Major changes will be communicated to users in advance when possible
- Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of modifications

Termination by You
- You may delete your account at any time through platform settings
- Account deletion may not immediately remove all your content from our systems
- Some blockchain-related data cannot be deleted due to immutable nature
Termination by Us
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations
- We may terminate accounts without cause with reasonable notice
- Terminated users may not create new accounts without permission
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease, but these Terms will continue to apply to any remaining disputes or obligations.
Informal Resolution
Before initiating formal dispute proceedings, please contact us to attempt informal resolution. We are committed to working with users to resolve issues fairly.
Binding Arbitration
