UI/UX Designer

About This Role

We're looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to create beautiful, intuitive experiences for our blockchain-powered social platform. You'll shape how millions of users interact with Web3 technology, making complex features accessible and delightful.

Responsibilities

• Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Conduct user research and usability testing
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
• Develop and maintain our design system and component library
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
• Analyze user behavior data to inform design decisions
• Stay current with Web3 design trends and best practices
• Champion accessibility and inclusive design principles

Requirements

• 4+ years of UI/UX design experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating consumer product design
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or similar design tools
• Experience designing for Web3/crypto applications
• Understanding of design systems and component-based design
• Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first principles
• Strong visual design skills (typography, color, layout)
• Ability to translate complex features into simple interfaces

Nice to Have

• Experience with motion design and micro-interactions
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS for design implementation
• Gaming or social media platform design experience
• Background in brand design and identity systems
• Experience with user research methodologies
