Community Manager

About This Role

We're seeking an enthusiastic Community Manager to build and nurture our growing user community. You'll be the voice of SiCierto, fostering engagement, managing social channels, and creating meaningful connections with our users worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage community across Discord, Twitter, Telegram, and other platforms
• Create engaging content that resonates with crypto and social media enthusiasts
• Respond to user inquiries and provide exceptional support
• Plan and execute community events, AMAs, and giveaways
• Gather and analyze community feedback for product improvements
• Collaborate with marketing team on campaigns and announcements
• Identify and nurture community ambassadors and influencers
• Monitor community sentiment and address concerns proactively

Requirements

• 3+ years of community management experience
• Strong understanding of Web3, DeFi, and crypto culture
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience managing Discord servers with 10,000+ members
• Proven track record of growing and engaging online communities
• Ability to work across multiple time zones
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Proficiency with community management tools (Discord bots, analytics)

Nice to Have

• Experience in gaming or social media communities
• Multilingual abilities (Spanish, Mandarin, or other languages)
• Content creation skills (video, graphics)
• Previous experience at a Web3 startup
• Existing network in the crypto community
